26 Safety Energy Lock (SEL) points form the foundation for both the practitioner flows and the self-helps. Each SEL acts as an energetic fuse and ideally allows continuous energy flow. If a point closes, energy can stagnate and create disharmony. To open a point, you simply hold it lightly with your fingers. Hold for a fixed length of time or for 36 exhales/inhales or until it feels open. No time limits!
This list shows supportive SELs for a few "projects". With individual points, you can hold both sides simultaneously or one side at a time.
Inspired by the poetic way one course instructor, Wayne Hackett, described each point, I wrote the following Safety Energy Lock Prayer.
