“Move from a place of knowing within you rather than as a result of adaptation to outer experience.” Ever notice how people who continuously scan their world for threats tend to find them? While prudent measures such as locking doors do increase your safety, attempting to wrangle fear externally only goes so far. Trust arises from within, largely independent of your outer circumstances.

“Let go of your assumptions and need to control life’s creative process.” Assumptions often contain outdated beliefs. Relaxing into the flow of life requires fluidity, to adapt your perspective based on new experiences while maintaining the underlying belief all shall be well. Not trusting means you hold the reins of life too tightly, hoping your way will bring better days or at least not worse ones.

Trust requires receptivity and openness. Trust brings assurance you can navigate whatever twists and turns await you plus a sense life will always provide what you need. People with difficulty receiving often also find trust challenging. Fully inhaling life feels too risky. To receive you must relax your grip and open your hands and heart.

Trust originates in self-trust. Can you trust your own knowing when it applies to yourself and to others? Often when a person violate someone’s trust, blame gets turned back on the hurt one along the lines of “I knew better, how could I be so stupid?”  The more you access and trust what you know, the less you fall into blind trust. Over time appropriate trust often leads to fewer encounters with untrustworthy people.

In Jin Shin Jyutsu® (JSJ) Japanese acupressure, all the Safety Energy Locks (SELs) on the back of your body support inhaling and receiving. SEL 2, also known as “The Chiropractor,” brings you into alignment with yourself as well as with whatever resources you might need. Hold SEL 17 (intuition) plus 18 (be still) together to relax into your knowing. To further support your discernment, place your right hand on the top of your head and your left fingertips on your “third eye” between your eyebrows.

Do you feel you can trust yourself and trust life? If your trust falters, what do you do to restore it?

About three weeks ago, my 56-year-old physically fit husband experienced paralysis of his right side following a stroke. Today it's like his stroke never happened.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does a typical Energy Quartet session go?

We open with a 45 minute or so Akashic Records consultation. The revealed themes, patterns, and disharmonies drive the table work in conjunction with your "pulses," body reading, and my intuitive insights. A follow-up e-mail documents what occurs during the energy work and includes customized self-helps.

What should I wear to receive table work?

In this work, you remain fully clothed. Just wear whatever will feel comfortable while lying on my massage table. If it's a remote session, I'll ask you to rest while I send energy.

How do I prepare for a session?

Please consider the personal or interpersonal disharmony that led you to me and how you would like it to shift. During the session, we'll explore and address the origins and drivers of each "project."

Are the Akashic Records predictive?

No, the records aren’t a good resource for predictions. If there’s something you hope will happen, the records might reveal a series of necessary steps to reach your desired outcome but not the timing. For predictions, please consult a good psychic or astrologer!

Why can't children receive Akashic Records consultations?

Minors are under their parents' legal and energetic jurisdiction until they are 18, regardless of their maturity level.

The greatest benefit occurs when I incorporate all four modalities I practice. The option without the Akashic Records is appropriate for children under 18 who cannot receive readings. A stand-alone reading can bring insight and healing but does not involve my direct interaction with your energetic and physical bodies like my other practices.

Do you record Akashic Records consultations?

No, but you are welcome to record sessions yourself.

Why do self-helps?

Self-helps, both from Jin Shin Jyutsu and the Embodied Energy System, support your continued harmony, accelerate your evolution, and empower you. Plus they make you sparkly!
